Chamber, CDW challenge NLRB appointments

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Coalition for a Democratic Workplace which represents many major trade associations—have brought a new challenge to the constitutionality of President Barack Obama's three Jan. 4 recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board. On March 15, the two groups filed a motion to intervene in the case of Noel Canning v. National Labor Relations Board, pending before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
